Ball Gowns

The 12th Annual Latin Grammy Awards was held on November 10, 2011at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada! Vegas aside, the title of this post should have been "HOT, HOT, HOT" because it was by far the sexiest and biggest night for the Latin Music Industry. And we've got the pictures to prove it! Modern Family's Sofia Vergara, Pop Icon Shakira, and Avatar's Zoe Saldana all shimmered and shined in metallic gowns. Check out these famous ladies, who all hale from Columbia, as they donned their Red Carpet looks on the Green Carpet!

Notice anything similar amongst their choices? Glitter, sequins, stones and beading make for Evening Gown Glamour! Unique and intricate embellishments and skin tone flattering colors, all chose a more fitted, figure enhancing cut! Rather than shy away from their curves, they embraced them! Totally fierce and exactly what the world needs more of!

So in true Gloria fashion (if you  haven't seen Modern Family, you're not living), I turned to my inner Latina. I scoured Rissy Roo's and found that Sherri Hill offers some sleek and sultry styles of their own, guaranteed to give you the confidence of these stunning stars! Prom is a not only one of a girl’s most important nights of her high school years, but it is a night she will want to remember for the rest of her life. The theme of the prom is important because it gives you and your classmates the opportunity to escape the reality and stress of every day teen life, including picking the right college, homework, SATS, parents, relationships and so much more. Prom is a night to enjoy yourselves and with your friends and for the seniors, it’s an exciting conclusion to your high school days!
