The 2013 Video Music Awards are here, and the red carpet was full of so much funky fashion on Sunday, August 25th! VMA fashion is definitely known for its outrageous moments, and this year was no different. Katy Perry rocked animal print in such a unique and stylish way at the 2013 VMAs. The knee-length skirt and long sleeves added class, while the form-fitting style and high slit showed off her curves so well.
