    RR Hello Fall 2014_500x500

If you haven't found your perfect homecoming dress yet, the time is definitely here! Whether going for a casual, semi-formal, or formal look, make sure you choose a dress that you're comfortable and feel good in. Short dresses tend to be the go-to look for homecoming, but long dresses can be fun for a homecoming dance, as well! If you love the one in the picture above, it's Shail K style 3856, and it definitely screams "FALL" to us! Elegant, soft, and sultry, Shail K. puts a new spin on this classic floor length evening gown, with an accentuated bust and fitted waistline that compliments any shape.

To get in the leaves falling and pumpkin picking spirit, check out some other orange fall inspired dresses that we love:

    La Femme 20631

La Femme style 20631 is an open back lace dress that's a romantic look for homecoming or prom. We especially love this graceful short chiffon dress' jewel encrusted lace bodice - an elegant way to stand out!

    Sherri Hill 11061

To rock the two piece look in a totally fall way, go with Sherri Hill style 11061. The top of this sassy two piece cocktail dress is covered in a beautifuly beaded design, and the skirt has a beaded band around the waist and a soft, flowy short skirt. A fun and flirty, yet totally elegant, look that you can't go wrong with!

Orange is definitely a great color to choose to get in the fall mood. But, don't be afraid to go with a yellow, brown, or black dress, too, if you do want a fall inspired look. Will you be rocking a fall inspired color for your homecoming dance? Leave us a comment below and let us know!

  • Makeup Monday: the Must Have Orange Trend for Spring 2014

From the runways of Paris to the streets of New York City, there is a fabulously bold makeup trend that is written (painted) on every girls face! Although soft pinks and ethereal silvers are also big for Spring/Summer 2014, it seems like shades of orange and coral are all the rage. This orange craze isn't just the new classic red lip either, as it has become a beauty staple on eyes and cheeks, too!

Orange Makeup Runway ModelThis popping hue is so versatile and fun, it can be worn from morning to-night! Many girls have the misconception that these orange and coral shades can only be worn with certain skin tones, but the truth of the matter is they can be put on every face as long as the proper color is chosen and applied correctly. We recommend girls with warmer skin tones try something bright, perhaps with more tangerine notes. If you have cooler skin, try for something more bold and on the stronger coral/red side. Also, if choosing a matte orange lipstick, avoid adding anything extra like gloss and liner. Let the lips do all the talking!

When adding this shade to cheeks and eyes, it will give a bright hint of sunshine. If you are tan it will give you the right amount of glow, while if you are more fair-skinned, it will give cheeks and eyes a beautiful, unique pop.

Orange Eye MakeupJust remember when using these shades to try not to over-do it. Allow your face's natural beauty to add to the color, not the other way around. Try this trend for prom or any special occasion (Graduation, perhaps?) and I am sure everyone will be amazed how awesome you look!
