Our Roo Girls are starting to attend their Prom 2016 dances, and while we're sad that Prom Season is almost over, we're loving seeing all of our Roo Girls in their prom dresses! Our latest in prom pics comes from Roo Girl Kate Lannon. Her mom, Terri, sent us the pictures recently, with a very special note. Check out what she said and the photos below!

We loved the couple's choice to go with neutral colors on the skirt of Kate's dress and on Casey's tie, letting the pretty sparkly beads on the top of Kate's dress and beautiful purple flowers stand out. This is almost too cute to believe. One of our littlest Roo Girls, Ryleigh Flynn,  just placed as the third Runner Up in the 2016 Miss Sugar Pageant, and she looks absolutely adorable! Ryleigh's mom, Jamie, recently sent us photos in her winning Rissy Roo's dress, both on stage and with her trophy. All of our hearts are melting at Rissy Roo's!

When Jamie sent us the pictures, she included the note:

"Her dress came in and fit perfect! Thank you! She placed third in her pageant! She participated in the [Miss Sugar] pageant with 10 beautiful girls and is eager to do it all again next year! The dress came in and it fit her like a glove!"

Ryleigh chose Lexie by Mon Cheri TW21534 as her pageant dress, a great choice for both pageants and parties. It's a lace and taffeta above-the-knee A-line dress with cap sleeves and a bateau neckline. The stunning lace bodice has a hand-beaded waistband and a full circular gathered taffeta skirt. We're so excited and proud to announce that our very own Teghan Gregson has recently been crowned the Miss New Hampshire Outstanding Teen 2016! Teghan had come by the Rissy Roo's store in Linwood, NJ earlier this year during Miss America weekend in Atlantic City, NJ to find a perfect dress for her own pageant, and she certainly did find that perfect dress because she's now a pageant queen!

Teghan's mom, Erica, recently sent us some beautiful pictures of Teghan all dressed up, with some very kind words to accompany the pictures. Check out what she had to say below.

We certainly know why Teghan won the evening wear preliminary award - that dress, of course! She picked a look that couldn't have been more unique in her pink and black Sherri Hill dress. All eyes were certainly on Teghan in her beautiful pageant look. We're well into Summer, and Prom 2015 is sadly over, but we're still getting in so many gorgeous pictures from our Roo Girls all dressed up for their big night! The latest in Prom Dress Testimonials comes from Nancy Gorenc Letchford, who is the mom of Christina Letchford. Christina attended her prom this year all the way in another country, Halifax, Nova Scotia!

Even though Christina was all the way in Nova Scotia, her mom dutifully sent us photos of Christina all dressed up at her prom, and we're basically in love! She wore a nude mermaid gown that fit her body perfectly. See what Christina wore and what her mom, Nancy, had to say below.

More Roo Girls are finally attending their prom, which means more pictures of their big prom nights are coming in for us all to see! The latest in prom dress testimonials comes from Rissy Roo's customer Ashtin Williford. She wore Sherri Hill style 11068, a brilliantly designed two piece evening gown with a beaded high neck sleeveless top and a long slim skirt with a beaded waist. Ashtin chose to rock the dress in color Aqua/Multi, which looked so stunning against her blonde hair and blue eyes.

Here's what she had to say:

A new year always means lots of new events to attend, which gets us excited to not only help all of our Roo Girls find their perfect dresses, but to then get to see them all dressed up at their events! Our most recent dress testimonial comes from Macie Buch and her mom Jennifer Wyers-Buch. Macie recently attended her Majors ball and wore one of our favorite new looks from our Spring 2015 collection: Sherri Hill 32146. Jennifer sent us the below pictures of Macie and said:

We thought this picture was too cute! Macie certainly looked flawless in her leopard print Sherri Hill dress! The number she chose is a fun and flirty cocktail dress that features not only the stand-out leopard print full taffeta skirt, but also a shiny, chunky black beaded strapless bodice, hidden side pockets (which you can see in the picture of Macie blow), and a peek-a-boo layer of pink tulle underneath the skirt. It's such a chic look, and Macie showed it off so well!

Check out those so practical hidden pockets! Macie's posing here with her cheerleader friend Danielle Ludlam. They both look so cute in their two-toned dresses.

We loved everything about Macie's look - from her dress (of course), to her loose curls, simple makeup, and statement necklace. It's a perfect (flawless!) look for any semi-formal or formal event... from a Majors Ball, to Prom, or even a Sweet 16. We can definitely see why she was the talk of the night!

Prom 2014 may be over, but we still have so many more prom testimonials to share with you from our Roo Girls! The latest is from sisters Kiara and Kiana Chiles. Their mom recently sent us a prom picture of them together both wearing their Rissy Roo's prom dresses, and they look fabulous!

Kiana (right) is wearing Sticks & Stones by Mori Lee 9253, a strapless party dress with beautiful ombre beading on the bodice, corset back, and a short tulle shirt.

Both of these dresses are such fun looks, and Kiara and Kiana rocked them so well! While these girls wore their short Mori Lee dresses to Prom, these two looks are versatile enough to also rock at Homecoming, or even for a Sweet 16 birthday party.
