Official Rules and Regulations

1) These are the Official Rules for the Rissy Roo’s 2016 Prom Queen Contest (the "Contest") sponsored by Rissy Roo’s (the "Sponsor"). By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

2) The Contest is open RissyRoos.com customers who have purchased prom 2016 dresses only, except for employees of Rissy Roo’s, their families, or anyone else associated with this Contest. Grand prize winner must be a current high school student between 13 - 18 years of age in order to be eligible to win.

3) The Contest begins at 05:00pm EST on May 17 2016 (the "Opening Date") and ends at 11:59pm EST on June 27 2016 (the "Closing Date"), known as the "Contest Period".

4) Steps to enter the Contest:

1. Submit a Testimonial to RissyRoos.com at: http://www.rissyroos.com/testimonials/form/

2. Customers can submit their Testimonial up until 11:00am on June 17 2016. One winner ("princess") will be chosen each week every Friday up until June 17 (weekly princess winners will be announced on: May 20 2016, May 27 2016, June 3 2016, June 10, 2016 and June 17, 2016. Five (5) weekly princess winners will be announced in total. Each weekly princess winner will win a $50 gift certificate to RissyRoos.com

4. The five (5) weekly princess winners will have a chance to compete on Facebook to be crowned the 2016 RissyRoos.com Prom Queen from June 17 2016 - June 27 2016. These top five (5) princesses will be added to a Facebook photo album, so that contestants, family, and friends can vote on their favorite princess through "liking" or "loving" their favorite picture. Voting for the 2016 RissyRoos.com Prom Queen will take place from June 17 2016 - June 27 2016, and the girl with the most "likes" or "loves" will win a $100 gift certificate to RissyRoos.com.

All entries must be completed by the Closing Date or they will not be counted.

5) Only one entry per person. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties. Winning entries are subject to age verification, etc.

6) The winner will be chosen based on following all instructions listed under “Steps to enter Contest”. Entries will be judged and RissyRoos.com will choose the four (4) weekly princess winners on girls that RissyRoos.com feels have the best prom style from head to toe (dress, shoes, accessories, makeup, etc.).

7) The girl with the most Facebook likes by 11:59pm on June 27 2016 will be crowned the 2016 RissyRoos.com Prom Queen. The winner (based on the most Facebook "likes" and "loves") will be announced on June 28 2016. The winners will be notified via a Facebook announcement and email sent to the email address provided in Entry Form. Sponsor's decision will be final, unless winner does not meet criteria. There will be 5 weekly prizes and 1 grand prize.

8) There is 1 Grand Prize (the "Grand Prize") consisting of the following:

$100 gift certificate to RissyRoos.com.

9) There are 5 Weekly Prizes (the "Weekly Prize") consisting of the following:

$50 gift certificate to RissyRoos.com.

10) Odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be responsible for all expenses not specified in the Prize descriptions above.

11) The Grand Prize and Weekly Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative.

12) To claim the Grand Prize and/or Weekly Prize, the winner(s) must reply to the winning notification Facebook post or email from Rissy Roo’s within 72 hours of being notified. Failure of the winner to timely respond, or failure of the winner to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Prize, and the award of the Prize to a substitute drawing winner to be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries at the end of the Contest Period.

13) The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) with an equivalent one of its choosing which has the same or greater value than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

14) If you are the winner of this Prize:

a)The receipt by you of the Prize is conditional upon you complying with any and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations including, without limitation, these Official Rules;

b)You acknowledge and agree that neither Sponsor, nor any of its affiliated companies and promotional and advertising agencies, nor any of their respective employees, agents, or subcontractors shall have any liability to you whatsoever in connection with your taking or use of the Prize, or involvement in any Prize-related activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law; and

c)You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Prize, and that Sponsor expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14) By entering the Contest the winner (except where prohibited by law) agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Sponsor may require, and except where prohibited by law, grants permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, address (city and state/province) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation the Internet.

15) By entering the Contest you agree that the data submitted by you can be used by Sponsor to contact you via email. We will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. Photo of Winner will be reposted via Rissy Roo’s social media, included in emails, and on website, tagging the winner's account wherever applicable.

16) Sponsor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the result of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to (i) cancel or suspend this promotion and (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry or, where reasonable, any individual winning the contest. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at its sole discretion at any time and will use reasonable endeavors to notify material changes to entrants and potential entrants. In the event the Contest is terminated prior to the stated end date, Sponsor reserves the right, but has no obligation, to award the Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.

17) These Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations in Linwood, NJ. Any dispute arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Linwood, New Jersey.
