RETURN POLICY: What is your return policy?

Please note that our online return policy & in-store return policy are different.

Our policy has recently changed, please review prior to purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible* merchandise within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund less a 20% restocking fee or for exchange with no restocking fee. In the event of a return/exchange, you are responsible for all shipping expenses. Return shipping is $12.00. 

*Items that are not eligible for return or exchange include those that are special order, sale, or reduced price. Jewelry & Accessory purchases are final sale. All International Orders are final sale. requires that you choose a wear date at checkout in order to guarantee that you will receive your order prior to your special occasion. Under no circumstance will a return or exchange be authorized or accepted past the wear date you have selected. Once you have placed an order at you may not cancel your order unless the item ordered is not available to be delivered prior to your wear date. How to Request A Return Authorization

All return requests must be submitted through our website Request Return link within three days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, you will be issued an RMA number and emailed a UPS electronic return shipping label. There is a $12.00 fee for return shipping that will be deducted from your refund or charged for your exchange. Please Note: Any returns postmarked after 3 days of receiving your RMA, shipped after your chosen wear date, and/or without a return authorization will be refused. Returned goods must be returned in their original condition. We 100% inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure there are no damages. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Upon return of your merchandise, in original condition, with all tags attached, your return will be processed. Refunds will be applied within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be confirmed with you and a ship date provided. All exchanges are final sale.



All Dress purchases in-store are final sale. Clothing & Shoe Purchases are eligible for return for store credit within 10 days of purchase. All Jewelry & Accessory purchases are final sale.



AVAILABILITY: How do I know if what I want is available?

Once an order is placed, we will check availability and let you know within 72 hours if your style is available in your desired color and size and in time for your special occasion. If for any reason your dress is not available, we may be able to special order the item for you from the manufacturer. A Rissy Roo's representative will notify you prior to confirming your order if the item that you have chosen is available for special order. You will be offered the option to place a special order or to cancel your order at absolutely no charge to you. Orders are not processed until we can confirm that we have exactly what you want and can get it to you in time for your special occasion. LOW PRICE GUARANTEE: If I find the item that I want on another site for a lower price, will you beat it?


If you find the dress or shoes that you are looking for at a lower price, we will beat it by 3%! Simply contact us and tell us the exact url where we can locate the dress at a lower price prior to placing your order, we will verify the price and then we will beat it by 3%!

Our lower price guarantee applies to dresses available for purchase from another online store with secure online order processing at their regular price. If the dress on the site is marked as "Sale", "Clearance", "Special", or other specially priced items, the guarantee does not apply. We do not honor errors on other sites. Items found on internet Auction sites are invalid. Shipping charges applied by the competitor website will also be included when we verify the price (Other sites may discount dresses and make up the difference with excessive shipping and handling fees). To verify prices we must be able to find the dress, price, and shipping and handling fees on the website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Do you ship to International Destinations?


Yes, Rissy Roo's ships to International Destinations.  Due to a need for increased security, we request that you make payment for any International Orders through PayPal.  If you have not chosen to make your payment through PayPal you may receive a PayPal invoice after your order is placed requesting payment. We appreciate your cooperation in preventing online credit card fraud and for helping to make the web a safer place to shop.

Priority Mail International Service: Delivery in approximately 6-10 Business Days of Confirmed Ship Date

Priority Mail Express International: Delivery in approximately 3-5 Business Days of Confirmed Ship Date

UPS Worldwide Expedited: Approximately 2-5 Business Days from confirmed Ship Date

UPS Worldwide Express: Approximately 1-3 Business Days from Confirmed Ship Date

PLEASE NOTE: All International Orders Are Final Sale. Customers are responsible to pay for any taxes or custom duties payable in his/her own country when the order arrives there. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for international orders as we have no control over international customs.

Rissy Roo's puts all available images on the website. We realize that it is frustrating that there is not always an image in every color that an item is offered in; however, all images are provided by the manufacturer and we do not always get an image in every color that is offered.

Yes, uses a SSL secure server to collect credit card details. Your private information is secure and will not be shared with any third parties for any reason. 


AUTHENTICITYAre your dresses original designer dresses?


Yes, all of our dresses are 100% authentic designer dresses.  Rissy Roo's is an authorized retailer for all of the brands that we carry and will only sell authentic dresses.
