The 2014 Oscars is tonight and we cannot be more excited here at Rissy Roo's! The end of the 2014 Awards Season may be upon us, but this is the biggest night of all Red Carpet nights, and we can't wait to see all the gorgeous dresses that will be worn by the stars. Like we mentioned earlier this week in our "Ireland Baldwin in Mac Duggal" post, this is the 86th Academy Awards, and this year it's being hosted by Ellen DeGeneres. The Oscars begins at 7:00 EST on ABC, and you can watch the Oscars Red Carpet live coverage starting at 5:25pm from Entertainment Tonight.

With Prom Season just around the corner, we thought this was the perfect time to show some Prom love for the Oscars by picking out our favorite Oscar Worthy Dresses. Award Season is about to make its grand finale with the 2014 Oscars and we can't wait! The 86th Academy Awards is being held this coming Sunday, March 2014, and it will definitely be one to watch because the funny talk show host Ellen DeGeneres is hosting.

Many of our favorite dress designers have been all over the Award Season red carpets, but there's been one designer we've been waiting to make an appearance: Mac Duggal. We're so obsessed with all the beautiful sheer and lace Mac Duggal gowns this year, so we're not surprised to see more of the two trends coming our way. We especially love the emerald green dress color - the hue is a perfect vibrant shade of green!

The live Oscars red carpet event premieres Sunday, March 2nd on CBS, so make sure to tune in. Ireland Baldwin will be the Oscar's Fashion Correspondent for TVGN Live and ET. We can't wait to see what dress she'll be wearing at the big awards event! Even though we didn't include Kristen Stewart in our Best Dressed at the 2013 Oscars blog post earlier this week, we were still absolutely in love with her look! We were especially impressed with her style considering she was stuck on crutches for the night!

The white lace gown look has definitely been a popular trend lately, and will continue to be for Prom 2013. There's a lot of different options as far as getting Kristen's look for prom, but we especially love La Femme style 18951. It's a gorgeous white lace mermaid dress with a trumpet silhouette, sweetheart neckline, lace bodice, and flared sheer skirt. Best yet, if white isn't really your color of choice, it also comes in black and red.
