Even though we have seen many types of "promposals" this season, we must say the story of Matt Peterson asking Miley Cyrus to be his prom date takes the cake! Matt, a mega fan of Miley, got the chance of a lifetime to meet the star when she picked him out of a group of screaming fans in a parking lot and asked him to join her on a local radio show. For Matt, it was love at first sight, and since the meet and greet Matt says Miley has changed his life. In order to repay her, Matt was determined to take the singer to his prom and show her a night she would never forget. To do so, he created a video, which may be the cutest and most daring "promposal" yet!

Even though the caring star would have loved to be Peterson's prom date, due to scheduling conflicts with her Bangerz concert tour, she was unable to accept the invitation. However, Miley did offer quite the consolation prize and invited Matt to her Arizona concert! Super excited for the show, Matt created his own unique prom "tuxedo" covered in 162 iron-on pictures of Miley's tongue, which she loves to stick out when posing for the paparazzi. Impressed with Matt's efforts, Miley gave him the real prom experience by creating prom style photos and inviting him on stage! She ended the evening by serenading Matt with her song "Adore You." We are so impressed with Miley's energy and passion for her beloved fan, and so is Matt! If you ask him..."She was the nicest person. I thought I was in love with her before—she's the most amazing person." Way to go, Matt, for taking the chance on a super star..and  Miley for possibly being the best prom date ever!

Payton Rae, the 18-year-old country music star whose global fan base has generated over 13 million YouTube hits for her music and videos, is onto her next project! Gone Girl, a four-song EP of original music, is scheduled for release on December 17, and she's already released her newest song from the album: Gone Girl. It's a fun song that's definitely full of girl power - check it out:

Payton Rae is the face of ALYCE Paris, so of course our favorite part of the video was seeing the brand new ALYCE Paris dresses that she was wearing in the video! And, we especially loved that part of her video consisted of walking the ALYCE Paris runway!

In the runway scenes, she wore Claudine for ALYCE style 2311, a short dress that has a beaded bustier illusion waist bodice with large stones on the waistband and a metal fabric skirt. Definitely very rocker chick, just like Payton!

In some of the other scenes, Payton wore ALYCE Paris style 4370, a beaded tulle cocktail dress with deep V-Neck and open back. It's such a perfect look for the Holidays!

That's not all from Payton and ALYCE Paris, though! Along with the new song and EP, Payton will be going on a tour that's sponsored by ALYCE Paris, named after her new song, "Gone Girl." The tour will kick off in Chicago on Jan 20; stops in Boston, Columbus, OH, and Augusta, SC will take place, with additional cities (and further details about the tour) announced at PaytonRaeMusic.com. Halloween is almost here, and we've been in full swing of matching our pretty dresses with accessories for a classy (and classic) Halloween look. Just a few days ago, we showed you how you can so easily create a sexy witch or vampire look with a little black dress. Today, we're here to show you how to finish off that look with makeup! Roo Girl Stephanie went to work to show you how you can easily create a perfect sultry look with makeup...it's all about that deep, dark eyeshadow! Check out her video below. Even though LBDs are an easy and affordable way to get the perfect vampire dress, designers lately have been all about lace and darker colors for Fall 2103. So, it's made for so many great dresses that are so perfect to be used for a vamp costume, and Stephanie shows off one of our favorites at the end of the video: Sherri Hill style 21156. The combination of the fitted corset-like bodice, elegant black jewels, black lace, and deep red color on this dress screams to be paired with fangs and just the right amount of blood for a super classy and sexy vamp look! It also comes in a black color that's great for being a vampire, too.

We love dresses at Rissy Roo's, so of course we're obsessing over the new indie pop band that has the very namesake of our favorite piece of clothing! The band Dresses is only made up of two people, Timothy and Jared, a couple from Portland.

Their songs are infectious indie-pop tunes that will have you wanting to get up and dance (in dresses, of course). Their first big hit is for song "Sun Shy," a fun, catchy tune that frontlady Timothy Heller is of course wearing a cute dresses in!

Want to learn more about the band? Teen Vogue caught up with the Timothy, the leading lady, to talk all about Dresses, how her and her boyfriend met, and what music she's loving right now. Our favorite part of the interview with Teen Vogue was hearing who influences her.

"Just listening to the female singers that I look up to is inspiring when I'm writing music. I try to channel my role models, and I can tell it makes me write better music and definitely influences what it sounds like."
