The 87th Academy Awards wasn't all about the film stars. This year's awards ceremony was also about one of our favorite dress designers: Mac Duggal. The dress designer himself walked the red carpet in style at one of the hottest parties of the night, the Annual Warner Brothers Mansion Oscar Viewing Party. Not only did he dress some of the hottest stars of the night, but he was also there to walk the red carpet with his wife.

That's not the only reason the 87th Annual Academy Awards were all about Mac Duggal, though. Many of the celebrities at the Oscars were wearing his dresses! The 2014 Academy Awards were undoubtedly completely transformed by his glorious designs and elegant styles. Check out some of the celebrities that wore Mac Duggal on the Oscars red carpet below.

Keltie Knight

Hosting the Oscars red carpet for The Insider, Keltie Knight looks amazing in Mac Duggal style 40380. In such striking colors of red and black, it's no wonder that this long prom dress is a red carpet gem!

A modest bateau neckline features an intricate design of silver embellishments. AB stones and silver sequins sparkle along the front and then trim the open back. With a high fashion look and gorgeous embellishments of crystals and AB stones, you'll be camera read on prom night, just like Lil Kim was at the Oscars.

Joslyn Davis

Getting ready for her ClevverTeVe Oscars Recap, Joslyn Davis looked gorgeous in Mac Duggal style 4037! This edgy Mac Duggal dress has sparkling sequins that glimmer from the v-neckline down to the bottom. Lightly gracing the straps and the back, sheer illusion material is speckled with more sequins. More sheer illusion paneling is revealed along the sides with light amounts of sequins for an added touch of sparkle. We love this look for an after prom, homecoming, or New Year's Eve dress!

Just last week on February 11th, the sold-out black tie amFAR New York Gala was held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City, and so many celebrities were at the event in support of AIDS research. The gala kicked off New York Fashion Week, so there were so many leaders of the fashion community in attendance, with one of our favorite fashion-forward celebs that walked the red carpet being Paris Hilton! While Paris is known for her risque looks, she showed class and style walking the amFAR gala red carpet in an elegantly embellished dress that we're obsessing over. The black dress that Paris wore featured a high illusion neckline and illusion mid section, thigh high slit, and beautiful beading throughout. We're especially loving this look because dress designer Mac Duggal makes two looks that are exactly like Paris'... and perfect for prom!

To get the traditional dress look that Paris Hilton wore to the amFAR gala, go with Mac Duggal style 1903. It's a floor length evening gown that's all about elegance and grace combined with show-stopping style, just like Paris' dress. The beaded dress features a high illusion neckline, cap sleeves, and a slit in the skirt. The bodice is delicately covered with a sheer overlay, allowing for just the right amount of skin to peek through, and the a-line double stretch knit jersey skit hugs your curves perfectly. To rock Paris' look in a more non-traditional manor, go for the jumpsuit version of style 1903: Mac Duggal style 1947! This pant suit features a stretch jersey knit material that will hug your curves just as perfectly as the dress version, and is so comfortable! It features the same high neckline and waist illusion paneling and embellishments throughout.

In case you've never heard of amFAR before, it's the American Foundation for AIDS Research. They hold a gala annually to help raise money for its cause, and this year's gala raised over $2 million for their AIDS research programs. Pretty amazing! This is its 17th year running, and other guests included Heidi Klum, Naomi Campbell, Chelsea Clinton, and Karlie Kloss (plus many more).

The Grammys 2015 Red Carpet were full of so many unique looks this year! From Kim Kardashian's golden plunging dress (bath robe?), to Gwen Stefani's funky jumpsuit, to Taylor Swift's high-low dress, the looks spanned the spectrum this year. All of the looks were incredible, but there four celebrity outfits, in particular, that we are obsessing over because they are also perfect looks for Prom! Miley Cyrus

As everyone knows, Miley Cyrus is known for her daring, provocative looks. So, we were pleasantly surprised to see her dressed in an elegant black gown on the Grammys 2015 red carpet. Her black gown featured cut-outs all along the side of the dress, making it the perfect combination of sexy and classic.

Cut-outs are very on-trend right now, so this is one look that's super easy to copy for prom. Get her v-neck look with large side cut-outs with Sparkle 71454. It's a jersey gown with beaded halter straps that extend to criss cross the open back. Beaded trim accents the waistline to create side cut-outs, and a side slit and small sweep train finish off this sexy look.

For slightly smaller cutouts and a more simple, classic look, go with La Femme 21160. It's an elegant net jersey dress with a gathered bodice and cutout straps that connect in back.

Ariana Grande

Ariana is always all about looking cute, bubbly, and girly... and basically... perfect. Of course, the 2015 Grammy Awards red carpet was no exception! She looked like an elegant princess in her one shoulder white gown and signature pony tail.

Rock a white one shoulder gown with some sparkle like Ariana with Blush 9780. Beaded illusion rocks in this sophisticated, yet alluring dress. Sexy jewels rock this one-shoulder as it flows into a stunning sheer back. Another band of illusion diagonally drapes your figure creating a brilliant dance column.

For a more flowy white one shoulder gown with a touch of silver sparkle, go with Jovani 6919. It's a one shoulder chiffon gown with a sweetheart neckline and jeweled embellishments at the waist and neck.

Madonna

From music to fashion, at 56 years old, Madonna is still always about doing her own thing, and this year's Grammys proves it! The musician had all eyes on her as she confidently walked the Grammys red carpet in a short and sexy black lace and nude number.

Lace is one of the big Prom 2015 trends, and Madonna wore the trend like none other! To bring elements of her black lace and nude look into your prom or other formal event outfit, we especially love Tony Bowls TS11467. It's a strapless dress with slightly curved neckline, deep center V with illusion inset, boned bodice with lace appliques, and lace covered slim skirt. We especially love how this cocktail dress incorporates the corset look from Madonna's outfit!

To get Madonna's look with a little bit of fringe, we love Hanna S 27912. It's a strapless sweetheart Venice lace cocktail dress with heat set stone on the bodice and an Ostrich feather skirt. This is a great option to go a little more more on the fun and flirty side of Madonna's look!

To get Madonna's Grammys look in a more traditional long prom gown, go with Panoply 14659. It's a two piece short dress with a top that has cord beaded lace appliques on nude lining with an illusion nude neckline. The separate skirt has a satin waistband, and a corded beaded lace appliqued short skirt with a removable tulle back flounce skirt. This dress lets you go short and sexy like Madonna, or long and elegant on-the-go!

Taylor Swift

Last, but certainly not least, Tay! Taylor Swift is always a red carpet favorite, and the 2015 Grammys was no exception. She looked Taylor perfect in her ombre teal high-low gown! We especially loved how she matched the bold colored dress with even bolder pink heels! What a perfect color combo!

To get some green/blue ombre like Tay in your prom dress, go with La Femme 19467. It's a stunning sweetheart dress with a tiered high low skirt and ombre dyed fabric. The bodice features criss cross ruching and small iridescent stones trimming the neckline.

For more of a halter style top with an over skirt like Taylor's dress, check out Sherri Hill 9743. This sexy two piece dress features a chunky beaded bodice with a choker style neckline and a short beaded skirt with a soft chiffon over skirt.

The NFL Super Bowl XLIX was a football game for the ages! From start to finish, it was a spectacular event, especially Katy Perry's Halftime Show! Lenny Kravitz, Missy Eliot, and Katy Perry were an amazing mash-up to see on-stage. The beach scene was amazing, and we all know that Katy Perry's left shark stole the show. But, there was one other thing that stole the Super Bowl Halftime Show for us Roo Girls: Katy Perry's firework dress!

She truly shinned during her performance in her floor length sparkly gown, which matched her song, "Firework," perfectly. It was a sparkly one shoulder dress with funky stars all over it! She's a 'star' that was dressed as a star, and rode around on a star! Could we expect anything less from the singer that always has something new to wow the crowd with? Plus, one shoulder dresses are a popular look for prom this year, so we loved that Katy rocked the trend so flawlessly!

Faviana 7532

Faviana 7532 sparkles and shines just like Katy's dress! It's a one shoulder baby sequin sweetheart prom gown with beaded trim. The open back on this dress is absolutely stunning and reminds us of a sexy look that Katy would wear herself!

Madison James 15-138 is all about being bold, just like fireworks! It's an asymmetric, sequined bandage dress that truly glows. It's a figure flattering look that will have you standing out in the crowd, whether for prom or any other formal event.

All of the hard work of the Miss Universe 2014 contestants finally came to an end this past Sunday, and our new Miss Universe has officially be crowned! Out of contestants from over 80 countries, one pageant queen was chosen: Miss Columbia Paulina Vega! Congrats, Paulina! Last year, Miss Venezuela, Gabriela Isler, took the Miss Universe crown, so for the second year in a row, the crown is being worn by a Latina.

This year's Miss Universe pageant was held in our home turf, in the USA (Miami, FL to be exact!). And, that's our very own Miss USA, Nia Sanchez, all the way to the right in the picture above. We were, of course, rooting for her, and she made it all the way to be the first runner-up! The second runner-up was Miss Ukraine, Diana Harkusha, pictured in the middle above.

But, all eyes were on Paulina for good reason. Donald Trump, who owns the pageant, said that many thought that Paulina would be the Miss Universe Pageant Queen a few weeks ago when all of the contestants first arrived in Miami. Trump said, "from the minute she walked into the building, people said, 'She's a star.'" Trump and everyone else was definitely correct!

Paulina is a 22-year-old student of business administration from Barranquilla, Columbia. You could tell that she definitely has the poise of a business woman from the question and answer portion of the pageant! Professional skateboarder Rob Dyrdek asked her what women could learn from men. She answered strongly and confidently that women can learn equality from men. Of course, our favorite part of the entire pageant were the gowns, though! Miss Columbia looked absolutely gorgeous in her sparkly silver deep v-neck gown. This is hands-down a look that's perfect for prom! For a sparkly look like Paulina's, go with BG Haute E01017.

While watching the Golden Globes is so much fun, the party (and stunning looks) never end at the awards show. The fun always continues at the after-parties, and all the celebs have even more gorgeous looks to show off! The looks worn at this year's Golden Globes after parties were just as stunning as what was worn on the Golden Globes red carpet.

While we're obsessing over so many of the outfits, there's one that stood out from the crowd for us: Selena Gomez's sleek and sexy plunge neck gown! We love the idea of rocking white well past the summer months, so to see Selena stand out in white during a winter awards show gave us the chills (in a totally good way, of course)!

Selena rocked the sexy plunge of this dress in such a classy way. She kept the accessories simple (and classic with a gold purse), and we love how she topped the whole look off with a soft red lip color. This look screams old Hollywood to us!

Our favorite party, though? That you can easily rock this look for prom! Go with Jovani 22884 to get the same exact sleek and sexy white plunge neck gown look. There were so many stunning looks, from traditional elegance to stand-out sexy, that it got us excited for the year ahead of glam, red carpets, and dressing up (and prom, of course). Greer Grammer

Greer Grammer always looks beautiful and well put together, but her look at this year's Golden Globes was exceptional! She wore a stunning pale pink/nude ball gown with gold and silver floral accents that we are obsessing over. We especially loved how she accessorized with a sparkly gold purse!

Floral is a popular Prom 2015 trend, so luckily it's not too hard to copy Greer's look for prom! Our favorite way to get the MTV Awkward TV show star's look is with Rachel Allan 6888. Just like Greer's look, it's a sweetheart strapless ball gown with floral applique in a pink/nude color. All you'll need to do is add a gold purse! Even though there's no gold in the floral embellishments on this dress, because of the pale pink color, gold (or silver!) still totally works as an accenting color.

Anna Kendrick

Twilight star Anna Kendrick is one of the cutest girls around, and her style is always just as cute. She couldn't have looked more beautiful in her nude gown with red accents at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards.

Rock the actress' elegant look for prom with Alyce 6186. It's a sweetheart tulle gown with lace embroideries on the bodice and down the skirt. You can rock it in nude/red like Anna, but it also comes in royal/black and white/black.

Chrissy Teigen

Model Chrissy Teigen is our final 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards Best Dressed. We loved her perfectly fitted beaded long sleeved look! The dress couldn't have fit her body and showed off her sexy curves more perfectly.

For a similar look at prom or any other formal occasion, go with Claudine for Alyce 2349. Just like Chrissy's dress, it's a lace beaded evening gown with a bateau neckline, illusion sections throughout the top, and long sleeves. Keep the accessories simple, just like Chrissy did, to allow the dress to stand out.
