Everybody remembers their prom. Whether it was a good or bad, it's always a memorable experience. Ever wonder what kind of experience celebrities have? You would think that after doing so many red carpet events and shows, they would have forgotten about their prom night. Seventeen Magazine asked celebrities like Selena Gomez to spill the beans about their own prom experience. You're going to be so surprised at what these celebs reveal...not everyone had a good time!

Shay Mitchell from 'Pretty Little Liars' confessed about her break up right before prom! She didn't find a date in time but had a great experience going with her friends. Shay didn't go all out for her prom dress and borrowed her accessories from her mom...but made sure she got new fab shoes.

"I bought nice, crystal shoes—you have to get something that makes you excited. It doesn't have to be expensive, but I really did feel like a princess putting my shoes on!"

Selena Gomez ended up crashing a prom in Canada with her co-star - Demi Lovato - during their premiere of Princess Protection Program. Here's what she said about their unforgettable "prom night":

"We had an after-party at a hotel. I kept hearing dance music, so I peaked into the ballroom and there was a prom going on! I ran upstairs and got Demi. Then we walked into the ballroom onto the dance floor and just started dancing. After a couple songs, people started to notice we were there. I got scared I was going to get in trouble, but all the students let us dance with them. Even the principal came and started dancing with us!"

'Glee' actress Jenna Ushkowitz had a terrible experience! Here's what she spilled about her prom night:

"My prom was awful! The prom was supposed to have a beach-front view, but there were no windows! It was a big let-down. My advice is to go into prom without super high expectations and you'll get the most out of it!"z

'Switched at Birth' star Katie LeCler had an awesome time! It's great to hear about an amazing  prom experience. Here's what she had to say about her fun prom night:

The 2013 CMT Music Awards on Tuesday, June 5 at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena had all of our favorite country music ladies walking the red carpet. And, you can bet that they looked stunning! From sexy short dresses that looked so perfect for summer, to glamorous gowns that had us wishing prom season wasn't coming to an end, we were swooning over all of the looks! As always, it was tough to narrow it down to a few best dressed, but, after much contemplation, we picked out our three favorites. Check them out below, as well as how you can get their looks for your next formal or semi-formal event!

Taylor Swift never disappoints when it comes to fashion (or music!), so it's no surprise that she landed in our top 3 list. She wore a strapless nude embroidered high-low Elie Saab gown. With her hair back, the focus was definitely on how gorgeous her dress was!

Sherri Hill style 8300 is an absolute perfect way to get Taylor's look. It is an elegant and simple sequined strapless dress with an asymmetrical hemline that you can rock in nude, just like Taylor. Or, find another color that you love even more - it comes in a variety of colors, such as red, coral, green, black, brown, and navy.

Kristen Bell wore an elegantly laced little black number from Zuhair Murad. It's such a beautiful cocktail dress that fit her so well!

To get Kristen's look, check out Sherri Hill style 2957. Twinkling accents completely coat its form-fitting sweetheart bodice, and lace detailing adds the perfect touch of elegance. Sheer material stretches up to produce an illusion panel with a scooped neckline.

Kellie Pickler just won Dancing with the Stars, and she was certainly showing off her win on the red carpet! She wore a plunging pink sequined gown with a beautiful open back.

For a sexy pink sequined look like Kellie's, Temptation style 2073 is the perfect choice. It's a long sequin dress featuring a halter neckline and open back. The silver sequin detailing under the bust helps to show off your curves!

Are you a big basketball fan? If so, this is definitely something you'll be amazed by (and maybe a little jealous of)! Professional basketball player Dwayne Wade, who plays for the Miami Heat, really showed how much he loves his fans by surprising one of them at their prom!

It all started when a high school senior that lives in Florida, Nicole Muxo, created a YouTube video of a prom proposal to Dwyane. Nicole started off the video saying that she's all ready for prom, except for one thing - having the perfect date, and proceeded to ask Dwayne to be that date. Watch her promposal here:

Believe it or not, her promposal didn't fall on deaf ears! Dwayne never officially responded to the video, but after being able to find some free time between his playoff games, the NBA star showed up at Nicole's prom to surprise her! Dwayne first surprised Nicole with a phone call, saying sorry that he couldn't make it to her prom and sending her happy wishes. But, a few minutes later, Dwayne walked into the La Jolla Ballroom in Coral Gables, where the Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School prom was being held, to surprise Nicole in person! Dresses with sheer bodices and lace detailing have been really popular for Prom 2013, and it was certainly a style to watch at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, too! The BBMAs were held on Sunday May 19th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, and our favorite looks on the blue carpet (yes, blue...not red!) were worn by Ariana Grande and Jennifer Morrison. They both looked so stunning in black sheer and lace pieces that we decided to dedicate our Billboard Music Awards post to them! Baz Luhrmann's reinterpretation was released on May 10, 2013, and everyone is talking nonstop about everything from the music to the glitz and glamour of the period. The annual Met Gala was held in New York City on Monday night, April 6th, with this year highlighting the Metropolitan Museum of Art's spring collection, "PUNK: Chaos to Couture." We were so amazed by how many celebrities got into the theme!

It was hard to pick, but two of our favorite looks of the night were worn by Nina Dobrev and Kristen Stewart. We ultimately settled on these two celebs because we loved that they both rocked jumpsuits - it must be a vampire thing! Check out what they wore below and how you can get similar looks for your next formal event. If you want a stand-out look for prom, these rompers are certainly a perfect option!

Nina looked all vamped out in her black lace jumpsuit! We loved how the feminine detailing of the lace and tulle overskirt was offset by the black leather harness - so punk! The Vampire Diaries star looked extra fierce with her dramatic eyeliner and mohawk-inspired hairdo. We're so used to her cute, girly look on The Vampire Diaries (except when she's playing Katherine, of course!), that we were amazed by her high-fashion, dark look.

 One of our jumpsuits for this year, Claudine for Alyce style 2232, immediately reminded us of Nina's look! Just like Nina's jumpsuit, it features beautiful lace and sheer for a chic look, a sweetheart neckline, and a long tulle overskirt. Continue reading →

Did you catch Jennifer Love Hewitt wearing Sherri Hill style 21154 on Season 2, Episode 5 ("Hell on Heels") of The Client List? We did! And, she looked so glamorous in it!

We've been seeing a lot of prom dresses on TV lately, but this time the TV show wasn't about prom! In the "Hell on Heels" episode, Jennifer Love Hewitt's character, Riley Parks, struggles with whether or not her and her daughter Katie should enter the Beaumont Belles Mother/Daughter pageant. They of course end up entering the pageant, and Riley wears the beautiful two piece Sherri Hill dress shown above!

Sherri Hill 21154 is a fun and flirty dress with an embellished crop top and accordion pleated tulle skirt. It comes in multiple color choices: aqua/pink, aqua/light green, coral/gold, and ivory/gold. Jennifer Love Hewitt wears it in the aqua/pink color on the show.

Our favorite part of the outfit, though, may be those sparkly silver pumps she wore. It really completed the look! You can get similar sparkly heels with Touch Ups style Candice. You'll have Jennifer Love Hewitt's look from head to toe!
