Snippets of Miley Cyrus' new album, entitled Bangerz, have been dropping all weekend, and now the whole album is streaming for FREE on iTunes! The album was made available to stream on September 30th, 4 days before the album will be available in stores to purchase.

The album definitely shows Miley leaving behind her Disney Channel Hannah Montana days and connection to her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, as a country singer, but we're totally loving it! From her VMAs performance to her new "Wrecking Ball," music video, there's certainly been a lot of hype surrounding her new "bad girl" image. And, to answer all the ridicule, Miley said in the MTV documentary Miley: the Movement, "I just needed to let go of the past in a way, so I felt like I could be the bad b---h I am." All we can say is rock on to that!

In conjunction with Mike WiLL Made It as the partial producer of the album, Miley has a completely new sound, so it's great to get to listen to it before the album hits stores. It's an emotionally driven album, with Miley already revealing that one song, "Drive," was written during a difficult time. She told FASHION Magazine, "I wrote it while I was working on Valentine's Day. Emotionally it was such a hard time. It is about needing to leave someone but not really wanting to completely cut yourself off from the relationship. It’s a time when you want to leave but you can’t. It's about moving on."

The 2013 Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Emmys were last night, Sunday September 22nd, and they were full with so many talented actors and actresses! We were glued to the TV watching all of the awards being announced, but of course, first and foremost is the red carpet for us Roo Girls!

There were so many stunning gowns on this year's red carpet that our verdict is still out on which were our favorites. But, there was one trend that we noticed the celebrities wearing that we're already obsessing over: elegant gowns in electric blue and royal purple! So many of the ladies wore solid colored gowns in one of these bold colors. With the first day of Fall having landed yesterday, everyone must be getting in the mood for darker Fall and Winter colors! New York Fashion Week 2013 may have come to a close, but we're still oogling over all the lovely looks! We talked about Sherri Hill's runway show last week...but we're still not over all the beautiful new dresses they debuted, especially Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson's new line with the designer, "Sadie Robertson Live Original." So, we wanted to recap some of the pretty dresses she wore on the runway. The dresses aren't out yet, but take a sneak peek below at some of the new Sherri Hill dresses to come for Spring 2014. And, they are all of course ,"daddy approved," so they're definitely formal appropriate (hint, hint...a little prom inspiration!)!

Above, Sadie Robertson is on the stage with the dress designer herself, Sherri Hill! She's wearing a gorgeously elegant polka dot gown that will be available for Prom 2014. The look may be, "daddy approved," but will still definitely be turning a lot of heads!

As a "sneak peek" to what was to come on the runway, Sadie wore a different polka dot look on the red carpet. This first polka dot dress she wore was a short cocktail dress - so perfect for a fun and flirty look for a formal event!

Another Sherri Hill look that she rocked so perfectly on the runway was the above champagne colored cocktail dress. The lace detailing at the bottom of the dress and rhinestone encrusted sweetheart neckline add the perfect extra touches to make it such a unique look!

Before the show in an interview with E!, Sadie admitted that she was, "a little nervous, but more excited than anything." She definitely didn't show her nerves on the runway - she walked it like a seasoned model! Dress designer Sherri Hill is always teaming up with celebrities to either create custom lines of dresses or to show off their dresses on the runway, and we're always on the look-out for the designer's next endeavor. Well, with Homecoming 2013 here and Prom 2014 just around the corner, Sherri Hill is hard at work teaming up with her next celebrity. This time, it's Sadie Robertson from A&E reality TV show Duck Dynasty!

Sherri Hill teamed up with Sadie Robertson to create an original collection of prom dresses for Spring 2014. The "Sadie Robertson Live Original" collection by Sherri Hill is retro inspired, has "Willie approved" dress lengths, and definitely has something for every prom girl.

When coming up with the collaboration, Sherri Hill explained that inspiration came from seeing girls all around the country emphasizing with Sadie while watching her try to find a dress in the Duck Dynasty "Homecoming Episode" last year. Sherri Hill said, "This year, Sadie won't have any problem finding a prom dress that she loves and that makes her dad happy."

Following in the footsteps of Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Sadie will walk the runway in Sherri Hill's New York Fashion Week show on September 9th. She'll also be featured in the Spring 2014 lookbook!

Sherri Hill is one of the go-to designers for young Hollywood celebrities red carpet moments and performances, including Selena Gomez, Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, and Bella Thorne. So, it's definitely no surprise that Sherri Hill is teaming up with Sadie this year!

Be bold by adding some accessories to your hair to spice things up a bit! This is a perfect hair choice if you're wearing a more subdued dress.

The 2013 Video Music Awards are here, and the red carpet was full of so much funky fashion on Sunday, August 25th! VMA fashion is definitely known for its outrageous moments, and this year was no different. From Brittney Spears' bear-all lace look in 2001 to Lady Gaga's meat ensemble in 2010, the outfits that have graced the VMA red carpet have always been questionable in taste, but very legendary when it comes to impact!

To us Roo Girls, it's all about finding that balance between taste and impact, and there were a few lady celebs who towed that line so well this year. Celebrities like Katy Perry and Ciara made a bold fashion statement, while stile rocking an elegant look. Check out what they wore below and how you can get their look for Homecoming or Prom.

Katy Perry rocked animal print in such a unique and stylish way at the 2013 VMAs. The knee-length skirt and long sleeves added class, while the form-fitting style and high slit showed off her curves so well. We also loved the little pieces of fur on the dress - it gave it just the right amount of VMAs flare!

We love dresses at Rissy Roo's, so of course we're obsessing over the new indie pop band that has the very namesake of our favorite piece of clothing! The band Dresses is only made up of two people, Timothy and Jared, a couple from Portland.

Their songs are infectious indie-pop tunes that will have you wanting to get up and dance (in dresses, of course). Their first big hit is for song "Sun Shy," a fun, catchy tune that frontlady Timothy Heller is of course wearing a cute dresses in!

Want to learn more about the band? Teen Vogue caught up with the Timothy, the leading lady, to talk all about Dresses, how her and her boyfriend met, and what music she's loving right now. Our favorite part of the interview with Teen Vogue was hearing who influences her.

"Just listening to the female singers that I look up to is inspiring when I'm writing music. I try to channel my role models, and I can tell it makes me write better music and definitely influences what it sounds like."
